If you decide to access such sites or other third party sites, you do so at your own risk. Willis does not endorse or take any responsibility for the content or activities of any such other sites.

5. Use of the “Quote and Buy On-line” Facility
5.1. If you chose to use the “quote and buy on-line” facility you will, as part of this process, be asked to appoint a Cherrypicked Insurance Intermediary to act as your insurance broker and accept their terms and conditions of business. If you chose to accept these terms and conditions you will become the client of your chosen Cherrypicked Insurance Intermediary who will permit you to access selected insurers from whom you may choose to purchase an insurance policy.
5.2 Advertisement of available products and services through the Site are not offers to sell or buy such products and or/ services, either by Willis or the relevant Cherrypicked Insurance Intermediary or insurer. The insurer advertising such products or services may accept or reject your offer to buy the products or services at its sole discretion.

6.1. Your personal information is dealt with in accordance with our privacy policy
